Hey there,
I think you should ask your mom to take you to a gynecologist for a check up! Yes, you're young and not sexually active, but just in case the issues are not treatable with time & home remedies, it's best to be on the safe side. I'm not sure about the bumps, but the pain while peeing/coughing and blood sounds awfully like the symptoms of a UTI (urinary track infection). These can happen to anyone (you do not need to be sexually active!), and are usually curable at home without medicine. The best way to cure these is to "flush" the bacteria that's causing the infection out, which can be done by drinking LOTS of water! If you are not peeing AT LEAST once an hour, you need more water. YES, it will hurt and suck, but I promise this helps. Also, cranberry is known to help fight urinary track problems, so drink cranberry juice or take cranberry supplements if you have them (they're cheap at the drugstore!). Also, vitamin C can help your body's immune system fight the infection as well. All of this being said, if the symptoms of pain during urination do not subside within 3 days from when it started, GO TO A DOCTOR! UTI's can spread to your kidneys and cause problems. It is nothing to be embarrassed about though, and your parents will not judge you for going to the Doc for this! In the future, to avoid UTIs, make sure to clean yourself down there regularly, change your underwear everyday, and for those who often get UTIs, taking cranberry supplements daily may help.
I hope this helps!! Good luck!!!
