missed 2 periods and not pregnant

I have missed two periods but im not pregnant. i have taken atleast five pregnancy tests and one blood test and they all came back negative, i also have hpv and had an abnormal pap result. but when i got the colposcapy there was no cancer detected. now i have a lump on the right side of my lower abdomen right under my belly button. and sometimes i feel fluttering going on in there or sometimes just pressure.  thought maybe it could be a cyst on my ovary but the doctor said my ovaries felt normal, im really freaking out and i don't know what is wrong with me, im scared it could be cancer. could that cause me not to have a period or could the hpv virus? sometimes it hurts when i have sex like its poking the lump and making it painful but only for a little bit, i also feel sick in the mornings and sometimes vomit, i also have been having headaches when i wake up from a nap and acne on my chest and my face which i dont get normally, one or two little pimples on my face is normal but now they are all over.  someone please give me some answers because i know this isnt normal. thank you!

false pregnancy missy. the body will sometimes act as it is pregnant because your eggs fell and confused your body. Also eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and do a little excersise.
