After IUD removal, return of fertility is usually prompt. U will may ovulate within a month even if you don't have a period.  However, even without previous contraceptive use it can take time for a woman to get pregnant. Usually up to 12 months is allowed for a woman to attempt conceiving before issues of infertility are raised. I know it's a slow process and you're excited but I'd say the best bet is  be patient and give it some more time since its only been 2 months.  Good luck and hope this helps...

so i had an iud put in feb 2011, removed by jan 17th 2012, no period during iud, now since its been removed no period yet. I wanna get pregnant right away but my 2 tests have been negative. i feel pregnant thou...i got heartburn, acid reflex, constipation, nausea, frequent urination, sore breasts, etc.... but i took a test valentines day (feb 14th) and it was negative then i took one on march 5th and that was negative too so maybe my body isn't ready to get pregnant yet or i haven't ovulated.....

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If the urine tests after 2 months of amenorrhea are negative then chances of pregnancy are less. If you are doubtful regarding the status of your pregnancy, you can go in for blood pregnancy test which measures the amount of hCG in your blood. Transvaginal ultrasound at as early as 5-6 wks of pregnancy can also confirm pregnancy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
