numb hands?

I'm 19 and lately ive been waking up with my ring and pinky fingers numb as well as my forearms. i dont sleep in any strange positions and sometimes it happens at random times during the day--not just when i wake in the morning. Could it just be bad circulation? I work out so i didn't think that was it...any suggestions/ideas?

Sounds like a pinched nerve in the elbow.  I have the same thing and it makes my pinky and ring finger numb as well.

Try taking the herb Ginko Biloba.   I had terrible circulation and after taking it there is an amazing difference.  And it helps with energy and memory as well due to the increase in circulation.  This is as long as you don't already take something that is anticoagulant or have some condition that would be contraindicated.
