NEVER douche - it's not good for your vagina. Also NEVER use vinegar or anything other than water down there. The vagina is self cleaning and so doesn't need anything more than a rinse/wipe with water (not douching) to clean the area.
It could be the sperm, or you could have some sort of bacterial infection, I would suggest seeing your doctor for swabs.
