What could be some signs???? Do I have to get an ovulation prediction kit or can I do it on my own
Hi,
In order to know when you're ovulating, you need to keep track of your menstrual periods, body temps, and cervical fluids. Usually ovulation occurs 11 - 21 days after your LMP, or 12 - 16 days from when you expect to start your period. They have ovulation predictor kits you can buy as well to help. When you ovulate, your body produces an egg which is fertile from for only about 1 - 2 days, but since sperm can live in the body for 3 - 5 days, your most fertile time is about 5 - 7 days during ovulation. It can be pretty complex to figure out, but there are also signs in the body that some women say they get when they ovulate, although some women never feel any signs. (I never do). I hope this helps, good luck :)
