15 surgeries! 8 laproscopic to clean up severe pelvic adhesions since my 3 csections, I had a partial hysto, then an almost full hysto leaving my left ovary which keeps producing masses that are growing and need to be removed, these cause major pain and they do laporatomys to remove them, and then I have had exploratory laproscopic surgery in the beginning to find the endometrosis and pelvic adhesion disease. I am now on elmiron for IC and soon my hair will supposively fall out...yikes... too much for me...I feel help and hopeless...back to doc next thursday to see if my new mass is growing again.... hope your procedures went well, I'll keep you in my prayers.
Hi I have exactly the same as you, I had a hysterectomy done laparoscopically a year ago and about 6 weeks after I developed severe cystitis pain and was told by my gp intersistional cystitis!! my gynaecologist said that it was not that and put me on Provera which did sort the problem for 10 weeks. I have now had to come off of it and the systmptoms are back along with pain when I eat and drink, burning when I pee and sharp pain low down on the left and right, I also have constant low back pain. What surgeries have you had? I am going into hospital tomorrow to have a laparoscopy, cystoscopy and adhesiolysis but I am terrified they wont find anything!! Your not alone.
