pelvic pain and bloating

For the past two months I have had severe pain in my lower abdomen to the paoint that it is almost unbearable to sit or walk around. It's almost like any movement at all nearly makes me vomit from the pain. It only lasts about three days and then it gradually disappears. I went to my Dr. and she ordered an ultrasound. They couldn't find any kind of cyst, all she said was that there was some fluid in there and my uterus was tilted. However, she said the fluid may be normal for me, she didn't know. I am 37 years old. I have three children and I have had a tubal. Can anyone tell me what might be going on here. My grandmother had uterine cancer, but wouldn't they have seen something like that with the ultrasound? Help!

i just had surgery 4 months ago. i had fluid in my uterus also. they did an ultra twice. i went to my regular gyno and he did one and sceduled me for surgery right away. i was told it was cancer and would have to have a hysterectomy. the doc was a christian and so are we. we all prayed i was scared and went into surgery. God turned it from caner to polyps and it was removed. i was diagnosed with endometreosis stage 2, endometreial polyps and endometreosis of the culdsac, tubes and overies and uterus. endometreosis causes severe pain. mine feels like back labor it very seldom hits the abdomen. 3 surgeries and and a D&C later i'm better.
