period for 2 months

hi ok, so i have been getting my period for the last 2 months, sometimes it is quite heavy like it norally would be and other it is quite light and that brownish colour that u get just after or just before you would usually start but so far i havnt seen any pattern to it. I have been on the contraceptive pill for the last 6 years and have never had any problems untill now. I have gone and seen a dr a few times and had my pill changed for a stronger dossage so from Jasmine, to Jaz to Noramin and nothing so far has worked. I had a papsmere not long ago and everything came up ok, but now ii dont really know whats wrong with me and it seems neither does my dr. I have decided to go of the pill and did so a week and a bit ago but have still had my period since.
If anyone has experienced this orknows what to do it would be greatly appreciated if you would please let me know

What kind of bleeding are you talking about....is it still a "flow" continually...or do you have drier days when it's just a lot of discharge. If you just came off the pill a week ago then I would think you would stop soon....don't be worried if you are spotting...it does take a while to get back on track.
When I was on the pill for about that long I got a full flow for a month straight and even had to get checked out while bleeding. She switched me to a new pill like you with a stronger dosage but it worked better for me.
Go back in another week if you are still filling up pads and tampons.
