Hi. I'm trying to follow your post. First, being irregular is not uncommon. Especially in the younger years. You may find that you have more regular periods. Do you track it? That might help you see if there is a pattern. So, day one of your period is cycle day one and you count from there. This goes (the cycle) on until the first day of your next period, so the cycle ends the day before you start your period. The number of days of that cycle can give you an idea about the status of things. Not every woman has a normal 28 day cycle, some have longer but it is a pattern and their 'normal'. If your period has no rhyme or reason to when it shows up, that is trickier for things like pregnancy. Because then you can't guess when you ovulate. So, the first thing you need to know is if you do have a pattern but just a long cycle. You can track on paper or you can get an app on your phone that does it and you input the data.
Now, things that can make us late for our period are changes in routine (the fast month), losing or gaining weight (not eating?), illness, stress or things like hormonal imbalance or thyroid issues. Some blood work would determine the last two. Is a doctor's visit to do this something you can do? Not sure where you live.
The other things such as the black on your neck, stomach, etc. -- not sure what you are talking about. Could you give more information?
