pregnancy related doubt

every month, i miss periods for 10 to 15 days and get all the symptoms of pregnancy, cramping, back ache, nausea, i take HPT every single month after my marriage seven months before. this month also, i have already taken a pregnancy test and turned out to be negative, but still do not hav my periods yet. i hav nausea and back pain and cramps below my ribcage. how do i really know if i am pregnant? i really do not want to run to a doc every month if it is only a doubt, bcose they do all sorts of tests and i will become bankrupt. what are the reasons why when we are having sex every day after my periods to the next periods and still does not get pregnant. does diet play any role in this? please help out anyone, i'm really new to these problems

hello. It really depends, are you sexually active? I had this happen once and i ran to the dr because im not suppose to have kids in the first place due to the fact of me being infertility. They said it's called false pregnancy, it usually happens when your brain tells your body that you might be pregnant because you had unprotected sex and you noice your period is late. With the period being late you make your self sick which is nausea, headache, back ache..etc. when your period is late try to not stress or think about the possiblity of being pregnant. I hope this helps.

Best of luck,
Irenia
