The best way to know what's going on is to schedule an appointment with your primary doctor, a gynecologist, or a local Planned Parenthood and get an exam. If you are hurting, that means that there was damage to your body in some way. It may heal on it's own, but it's trully best to get it check out, especially as injury is an infection risk. I would advise certainly not having sex until you get the clearance from your doctor. In the meantime, pouring cold water when you pee may ease the pain when you go to the bathroom. But rough sex can cause tears to tissues, so be carefull. Good luck.

You do need to see a doctor. Your vagina should not tear while having sex unless you are using sharp objects ect. Something is going on. Make an appt. with your GYN, or go to an Urgent Care. Good Luck
bcoz of rough se* . better if you see the doctor just to be safe
