Period 3 Times This Month

So I'm a first time mom my daughter is now 7 months old and just this past month I had my period 3 times all lasting about 5 days and all about 4 days apart. All were heavy like my periods usually are, the only difference was that with the second and third periods the color was more brownish than bright red like the first and also I had ver sharp pains in my stomach that started in my lower stomach a grew over my entire stomach and the pain increased when it grew and each pain would last about 10-15 seconds and be so strong I would cry and couldn't really breathe or get words out until it was finished. I'm scared that something is wrong, please help!!!

I agree, this does not sound good at all, please see your gyn or go to the ER.

Thank you so much for all of your help! I will keep note of everything that goes on, so far I've only had one small clot last night but that it so far and also with this third period it's actually very light but very brown  and I haven't had the pains yet so we'll see what is going on when I see the Dr probably tomorrow. Thank you again

If the bleeding or the discoloured discharges with the severe pain have not stopped, I suggest you go to the hospital emergency room for a diagnosis.

I am just concerned that you may be having a miscarriage.
Do keep a watch to note any clots.  If you do start to get a lot of pain, go to the hospital for urgent  medical evaluation straight away.

There is not much you can do should you be miscarrying but it is important to get medical advice in the event you may need medication.

Keep a record of your symptoms and do make an appointment to see your own doctor when you get back home.

Best wishes.

I guess there could be that possibility I just cancelled that out because I had my period, when I was pregnant I was very anemic, I'm not sure if I still am though, I also had a scary pregnancy as I got pyelonephritis,  and yes this is the first month this is happening. I would go to see my Dr but my problem is, we are in Hawaii right now until October and my Dr is back in Utah and none of the Obgyn's here will see because I'm not their patient and I'm not 22 weeks pregnant.

Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor.

Is there any possibility of a pregnancy?
The doctor will be able to check you out and may be take blood tests to check your iron and hormone levels.

This is not normal.    As it has been happening only over this last month, makes me wonder if you are pregnant and these bleeds, brown discharge and extreme pain are in fact a threatened miscarriage.

Get checked out urgently.
