related to R-vac injection and pregnancy planning

hello i am ana positive and poc patient. 1 and 6 months completed for my marriage. we are trying for pregnancy. i had 2 miscarriage. one was on july month and 2nd on january. after 2nd miscarriage my menstrual is irregular. before 7 days i Dr given me R-vac injection. but i am planning for pregnancy what should i do???  i am taking tablets for ana but not for poc
