I had Novasure done on Dec 4th and just now am feeling less swollen from the gas! My chest and shoulder(one side) hurt so bad after 1 1/2 weeks after the procedure! My tummy is still a little bloated but I'm not in pain (considering I also had umbilical hernia sutured as well as the Novasure)

The swelly belly can last for several weeks, but not as bad as it the first few days after surgery.  As long as you are not experiencing pain that is out of the ordinary, it should be okay.  I had the gas for about 2 days post op and the only thing that helped with that pain was about 600 mg of Motrin, which they gave me in the hospital.  You might want to try some Gas-X and get moving around so you can push that air out.

When was your surgery?
