trichomoniasis

Can I use a tampon if I have trichomoniasis?

No I never had it but was doing some reading up on it when you asked.  It would be interesting to see what diet changes are needed though.  I imagine that would have to have some sort of impact.  Keep us posted.

Have you ever had it before? And if so, do you have any suggestions? I'm on antibiotics right now and so is my fiancee. I've heard something about maybe a diet change, have you heard anything like that?

Thanks, that was what I was thinking but I wasn't sure. I guess I'll just have to wear light pads and change frequently so I'm sitting in as little moisture as possible.

It would be best to not use a tampon until your follow up test shows that you are clear.
