vagina bumps

Hey ! today when taking a shower i noticed to small bumps in vagina, i don't really know the name parts like a should, but it doesn't hurt or itch and I'm still a Virgin ! So i know it can't be anything like that, I'm just winding if any of you woman may have experienced this as well, i dont think I've ever had this, but then again i don't touch down there unless it's taking a shower or wiping. I have done a few things different with cleaning down in vagina and butt, recently i had a small pimple like bump in my butt, but that went away in like a few days.

I started wiping with wipes
I changed toilet paper
I do wipe allot, because i pee allot, and when i feel like it's not clean enough, I'll wipe, until it can be dried
I wear panty liners allot, do to spotting sometimes because of birth control
I hold my pee allot, especially at night, i know that's bad, but I'll squeeze my legs together squeezing my vagina, and sometimes pee comes out , and I'll just let it settle there, i hate getting up at nights...
Ive been stressing alott

I don't know if the bumps can be caused by these, i do have  phobias of herpes and std, HIV , which is why i have not had sex. Even Thoe i haven't done that i keep thinking what if, like getting it from a toilet seat or touching surfaces or object such as desk and money ..

Pls help, i dont want to make  an appt if i really don't need  too :/ ... But Have any of you maybe experienced this ?

I don't shave, because if i do, it gets real sensitive and bumpy, so i just trim it. I guess ill worry about the full shave if my future partner don't like it :P, but other than that no. i was say that too, because i wipe alott.

Do you shave? It could be due to that or even from your routine and your vagina has gotten irritated as a result.
