With such little description and your denial that it could be herpes, it's almost impossible for anyone on the internet to say. Please see your doctor ASAP while you still have the sores.

Little info, I'll try to help. I'm assuming that you have never had sex of any type since you know it isn't herpes. I got a rash/sores several years ago when I tried out the new(at that time) Stayfree super maxi's with the absorbing core. Have you switched brands of pads? I used dermoplast spray with aloe vera, over the counter. It helped with the pain and healing. Also, take a 20 min tub soak once or twice a day. If symptoms don't improve in a few days, you should really see a dr. Best of luck to you.
