birth control

I just started taking my birth control pills and i am on the "sugar" pills now. I havent started my period yet do i still keep taking the pills?? or do i stop then wait till i start my period

No keep taking them. They don't do anything but you don't ever want to miss a pill.

It can take up until the last sugar pill to start a period. I dont start mine until the 6th pill.

The question is which of the following 4 ways did you start taking the bc pills and because you have sugar pills in your pack I assure you are on the 28 day pack?

There are several ways to start taking your pills.

•First approach: Start your first pack of pills on the day your period begins.

•Second approach: Start your first pack on the first Sunday after your period begins. This will result in your menses almost always beginning on a Tuesday or Wednesday every 4 weeks

•Third approach: Start your first pack on the fifth day after your period begins.

•Fourth approach: Start your pill today if there is absolutely no chance that you could be pregnant. Use a backup method of contraception until your first period.
Take one pill a day until you finish the pack. Then:
