Hi there. Well, your ovulation day is WHEN you get pregnant dear. This is pretty basic stuff but this is how your cycle works--- the first day of your period is cycle day 1. Your cycle continues until the day before your next period. you typically ovulate mid cycle and it lasts for around 24 or so hours. You can not get pregnant after ovulation (usually unless you have a rare second egg) BUT, sperm can live for a few days to impregnate you before ovulation. So, starting on day 10 of your cycle is the typical more fertile time. good luck
