9 DAYS LATE!

Im 9 days late.. only 19 and my fiance is 21.. is it too early to take a test? what should i do?

I am 9 days late today.  I have an 11 month old and I knew I was pregnant with him and waited 8 days to take a test which immediatly turned positive.  I took a test at 8 days now and it was negative.  I am like clockwork and ALWAYS get my period on time so I have no clue why i'm so late.  Even if I was stressed I was never 9 days late.  I'm going to wait a few more days and take another HPT.  This should be interesting! :)

its definitely not too early to take a test if your 9 days late for your period...you can test the day of your expected period so its definitely been long enough for you! id recommend buying a first response pregnancy test and wait to test with your first morning urine..its the most concentrated and will have the highest level of hcg (pregnancy hormone) if you are pregnant. If the test is negative you can pretty much bet on not being pregnant and can determine the cause of your late period to be from something hormonal like stress. sometimes periods are just late...and if you are pregnant you have just found a wonderful support system to join and me and a lot of other ladies will be here for you to  lean on! welcome and let us know how it goes....good luck!
