NEW TO GROUP!

Hi all,

My name is Lynn, I'm 29 (30 in Dec) Married to my DH for 7 years (8 in Feb).  This is our first month TTC and I had to use Provera to start my period and Clomid (last pill last night). I have symptoms of PCOS but not confirmed.  I have been off the Pill for 5 years and while we were not TTC we were not preventing.  I was only getting periods 2 times a year until July 2009 and I didn't have another until now with the help of drugs.  I am overweight but not other health issues!!!!!

Took OPK this afternoon and got a slight pink line for the Test line.  ALMOST POSITIVE!  I can't even tell you when I may have ovulated last!

Wishing all the best and Baby Dust to my fellow Pleasingly Plum Ladies!

Lynn

Hi there,

My name is Lori, I am 30 weeks pregnant, 5'10" and 329 but my weight was 323. When I first started TTC i was not having but a few periods a year and weighed in at 377 pounds. Was told i have pcos and put on metformin and a low carb diet. I was put on provera to get my period than the metformin took over and regulated my cycles.  It took me 18 months of TTC while walking and eating low carb diet with metformin to get pregnant but worth every bit of the work since I have a little girl due Dec 13th who the dr said might be coming the beginning of Dec.

I have major munchies issues right now, i have been putting on to much weight the last few weeks of the pregnancy, afraid the dr will yell at me on Wens when i go in for my appointment.
