Raven is right it has to come first from you, motivation comes from yourself, all the words here may help but basically it comes from you and your attitude, you have to get tough, with you, you want to lose weight well get out walking and I mean fast walking unless you have a condition that wont allow it, eat a lot, but eat a lot of veg, fruit, protein ...cut out all the junk that we all indulge in,once you get into that habit, you will stick with it, it becomes a habit and I would venture to say from experience an addiction .Read some positive books one good one I have had much help from is called 'Slowing down to the Speed of life 'by Richard Carlson,most books can be got online now at very cheap prices .I guess you are living with Family, well run around and take any job available it does'nt matter what , from that you work upwards,,start to feel like a winner and you will be one ...trust me ..
Hello, I have just joined this forum and would like to give some support... It sounds like you have hit a rough spot in your life.. I have been there and done that.. was what I considered to be homeless for about 7 months in 2007. was working day to day to put a roof over my head. No food and No job.

Inside of you there is strength... You need to look for it.. for you are worth the fight!! There are books you can read about how to find things within yourself, but with it all you have to do the work.. NO ONE can do it for you!!! You are the one who needs to go to battle for yourself!!!
