Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You could have either caused tendon injuries or fractures by the strong force you applied. Please consult a doctor immediately and get an X-ray done. Apply ice pack and take an anti-inflammatory to reduce the swelling. Please do not delay treatment as it can later cause long lasting side effects.
Hope this helps. Take care!
alright. i will. thank you very much. i appreciate it. another thing that i actually noticed today is that if i push down in the middle of my hand where my hand is bruising down to my wrist there is a fairly deep indentation, i'm sure it probably looks deeper than it really is due to the swelling, but it does definately go deeper than it should. and due to the swelling, it will actually show and stay indented for quite a while.
This sounds like a possible fracture or hairline fracture I would advise getting an xray to make sure.
there is also some bruising. mainly directly on the three knuckles, but the bruising starts to go down the hand and to the wrist from the ring finger.
