Significance of echo Est PA systolic pressure 41 mmHg

I recently had an echocardiogram performed.  It was noted that I have a normal tricuspid valve. Mild tricuspid insufficiency. Estimated PA systolic pressure is 41 mmHg.  Should I be worrying about this?

Mild valve insufficiency is almost always considered medically insignificant and doesn't progress nor cause a problem.  I reviewed the link provided for you and it has good relevant information. If you have any questions or comments you are welcome to respond.

Thanks for sharing, and I wish you well going foreward.
