very bad acne :(

hello everyone so im about 7wks 6days pregnant with number 4 and im going crazy because my face looks horrible :( I have acne so bad I hate to see myself in the mirror this is really getting me down and well just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this and what i could possible use to help? my hair is also super dry and itchy it just really ***** i have never experienced this with any of my prior pregnancy quite the opposite actually i always had flawless skin and awesome shinny hair :( plz any suggestions welcome.....thanks :)

thank you :) i guess im doing everything wrong i always mess with my pimples :( but its hard when you have an embarrassing huge white pimple and its mostly my chin like my whole chin i hate it never had acne before but i will just leave them alone from now on.....thanks again!!!

I have some pretty bad acne myself.....(i had it when i was a teenager too)...but my suggestion is to just keep your face clean and DON'T touch or pop the pimples...that only makes it worse....also don't use any kind of scrub or exfoliant and this type of acne is hormonal, simply wash with a mild face wash and use a water based moisturizer (I use Cetaphil for normal to oily skin)

I don't have the same problem with my hair as it is growing like crazy and is super thick and soft, but a hot oil treatment will help with the dryness or (this is kinda gross) i have heard of women putting mayo on their hair to add oil and shine! Hope this helps
