They're Back

Usually I'm a live and let live kind of person. And when it comes to nature I'm  the help them live kind. I plant extra stuff in my garden for the bunnie. I leave my sunflower heads up in the fall to feed the birds, i don't more brush and destroy habitat. You get the idea. But I have one nemesis..
Asiatic Lilly bugs.AAAHHHH.@#$&%^&*&%^&%^.  I really don't like these beetles. They have no natural pedators here so they just keep spreading. I have no idea how they can survive a Canadian winter. They burrow into the ground but even so the ground freezes about 2-3 inches down. I don't use pesticides in my gardens -but it wouldn't matter, because there isn't even one that works on them. About 2 yrs ago I got so mad because they had completely stripped all my Asiatic lillies bare and were working on my other lilies, that I mixed up a 1:10 javex solution and sprayed the dying plants and the soil around them. I thought if my plants are going to die I'm taking those bugs with them. I thought it had worked. The next year I only saw a few and I just squished them. Yesterday I squished 9 and another 6 today. !@#%$%^%$$# I really don't like those bugs.

Any suggestions on how to eliminate them once and for all.
