I wish that I could propose a cure for a problem for your cousin's son.
However, in order to propose a cure I would need to be able to diagnose the problem. And there are many possible causes of his behavior, some of which would require one treatment and others would require a different treatment.
It sounds as though you felt that the psychiatrist that you saw was not all that helpful, sometimes it takes more than one visit to a psychiatrist for the psychiatrist to come up with the right plan. Perhaps you should go back and see that psychiatrist again? You might want to make some notes so that you cover all of your questions and make sure that the psychiatrist comes up with a plan that can work.
Alternatively, you could consider finding another psychiatrist. I don't know where you live, but if you let me know I might have some thoughts about finding a good child psychiatrist.
hank u so much Sir for your kind reply.
Actually, we had taken him to the Psychiatric(6 months back) and he had prescribed him EPILEX suspension (Sodium Valproate Oral Solution) and he suggested us that don't stop him forcefully for anything and if he's demanding for higher price toy just convince him to purchase any other lower price toy but practically it is impossible for us because when he's in his spoiled mood he's not going to listen anything. Also, he's now lacking attention towards his studies, he's going school regularly but not been able to score well in class but otherwise he's sharp in other things. I feel really bad for him bcoz he's a very sweet and loving kid. I would be really thankful to you if you can suggest any cure for his problem or any anger management therapy or any mild medicine which can work well with his condition.

I can see that you definitely need to get some help. As you have suggested this is a serious problem and I think that you need to get suggest in the strongest terms that your cousin's son get a psychiatric assessment. It is certainly quite possible that this could be early bipolar disorder, although he is quite young for that. There are other possible causes, including oppositional defiant disorder. I am not a child psychiatrist so this would not be an area of expertise for me but you should try to find a good child psychiatrist to see him. Let me know what city you live in and I might be able to help you with some ideas for finding a child psychiatrist. Or, alternatively, his pediatrician can help with a referral.
