Solution

I have had this problem for years. It comes on in cold and flu season (November and April for me usually). Last year is the only year I did not have it. This year I just started getting it.

Last year I consistently (every day) blew my nose (several times a day) and took 800 mg Vitamin C (800% DV).

This year I have not been as consistent with the Vitamin C and that is probably why I am getting sick (albeit mildly this year). I really beleive it is the combination keeping my nose clean AND the Vitamin C.

My family all think it must be Bronchitis but every doctor I have been to (uselell - every one of them) says it isn't Bronchitis because I do no have the associated "Weezing" that comes with Bronchitis.

I hope this helps.

I suffered from a persistent throat tickle for years to the point of feeling like I was going crazy. I saw a brief comment somewhere about oregano oil. I started taking organic oregano capsules, one at night and within 3 days the tickle was gone! Needless to say, I was thrilled.
I just occasionally get a tiny tickle if I have a cold or am in a dusty environment. I made my own throat spay. A small spray bottle to carry in my purse. whisky with a few drops of oregano oil in it. tastes horrible but coats the throat and instant relief. If it helps anyone else, it is natural and easy. first time I got relief after years of trying everything,
