I was reading your comments and it's great to see you have a good mind set, no one said this was going to be easy. I started the HCG Diet and I am on 500 calories a day .. What I want to bring up to you is VEGGIES .. Some are better then others . Look into them, I am allowed a hand full of certain veggies. Spinach is the main one I eat, raw and cooked, also cucumbers. being that you are working so hard, maybe a better veggie will help you even more. Oh another important factor to help weight loss- NO COLD DRINKS. Cold drinks slow down the metabolism, try room temperature. And when you get out of bed drink a glass of water, this starts your metabolism. Hope these few tips help you out .. If I can think of anymore I will be glad to share. ~ Tara
Well thanks for the support...I hope I can stick to my diet and start exercising more...I think water is the key, I am trying to drink 1 glass of water before every meal :)...
Newstart2012 Good luck on your diet!!!! You can do it if you really want it...Everytime you feel like snacking just eat a fruit and think about the goal you set up for yaself and how good you will feel afterwards...
If that is working for u, then continue doing it.. I started last Monday, & weighed n yesterday, & had lost 13lbs.although, not taking in 1000-1500 a day, started eating more fruits/veggies, cut out all sodas & drank water. However, I'm still having the urge 2 snack on sweets here & there not as much. In the future, my sweet cravings may b gone, but 4 now they r still there. I've been also doing cardio, & walking, so hopefully that will b an extra benefit...
It sounds like you are off to a good start!
The key thing now is to look for slow, gradual weight loss and stick with what you are doing. Keep up the good work!
