Male Breast Cancer

I have a question, and it is a serious question, so please don't think I'm not serious?

I am a 21 year old male. I'm obese and it has been progressing over a period of 4 years. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and a very high level of OCD. I do currently take 5 different medications which are: (Invega, Fluvoxamine, Benztropine, Sertraline, Buspirone).

I have very large breasts due to my weight, and my doctor said I have some Gynecomastia.

I was in the bathroom doing the number 2, and I looked down and was like "hey, my nipple actually can reach my mouth", and as humerus, I sucked on it for a few seconds to see what it felt like. The thing is, when I spit in the sink, I noticed pale redness in my spit.

Could have it been blood? I haven't drank anything red recently. I've never had any discharge whatsoever from my nipples.

What do you think? Could it be breast cancer or some other disease?

Hey, I'm sorry to bug you guys again. My appointment is Tuesday with the doctor, however, for the time being, I would like to ask you guys another question if that is alright? Anyways, I have read in various places that it's cause for concern if the discharge is spontaneous. Until 2 days ago when I had squeezed by right breast, I had never, EVER, noticed anything come out of my breast. A couple hours ago, I looked at my white shirt and I did notice pale brown spots in 2-3 places around where my nipple is.

My questions:
-If someone were to have breast cancer with the symptom of spontaneous discharges, would it always be noticeable?
-Just because someone has a spontaneous discharge, does that always mean it's inevitably breast cancer?

I'm not 100% sure that the brown spots were caused from discharges, but I do worry that they are. Perhaps they could have been from where I squeezed before, and maybe some was left coming out and it had got on my shirt.

I want to thank you guys for answering all of my questions the past couple of days, you have certainly relieved some of my worries.

Once this question is out of the way, I will stop looking up symptoms and reading up about breast cancer, and hopefully it will all end on Tuesday.

God bless

When I was 24 I found that if I pressed my right nipple between my fingers about six drops of clear fluid appeared on the tip. My doctor said this could be a precancerous condition and advised my to see a good surgeon and probably have my breast removed and that's what I did.

Glad to know you made an appointment to see your Doctor for a medical evaluation and to have all your questions you have asked here, fully answered. I  agree with Japdip that we cannot help you any further with all these new different symptoms you keep discovering which  have nothing to do with breast cancer.
Take care..

I have an appointment Tuesday with my doctor. I am very nervous something is wrong with me that will result in death.

I keep reading stuff online about breast cancer, as well as looking at pictures, and after I see the pictures, I examine myself to see if I have similarities.
Take a look at the following 2 images:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8a/Five_day_old_Abscess.jpg
https://community.breastcancer.org/posts/images/0000/2832/image.jpg

On both of my breasts, I do notice those little holes like in the first picture where the hair is coming out, but mine is more like the second picture more without the hair. I do have a lot of those holes, and some of them I see black dots in them. Do you think what I see is just hair holes? And maybe they look larger/more noticeable because of my gynecomastia (the skin stretching as my breasts get larger, which also makes the hair holes bigger)? Or do you think they're somehow related to breast cancer?

Guys, I know this is probably annoying to you that I keep posting these updates, but I honestly can't help it. I try and try not to! It seems I need to try to figure things out myself so then maybe I can relieve myself somehow.

Can you give me your thoughts about those holes?

First of all you need to STOP all this investigation and make an appointment with your Physician. From your first post with your brief medical history it seems that your medications may be falling short when it comes to your anxiety and OCD issues. Please do not continue to stress over something that doesn't exist and more than likely never will. PLEASE SEE YOUR DR. ASAP  as we really have no further advice for you at this point. NONE of your symptoms are indicative of Breast Cancer. Thank you and we wish you all the best.

Another update. So for the past 3 weeks or so, I've felt on and off a 'cold' sensation around my axillary nodes in my left upper chest. It comes and goes. It's not painful, just annoying. I never thought anything of it until the past couple days I've been `heavily` reading up on breast cancer symptoms, and pretty much convinced myself I have it. When articles include information of 'breast cancer and axillary nodes', are they talking about pain and/or swollen? because as I said, I describe my feeling as if a cold stream was going through a vein. Last night I started feeling it in my right upper shoulder as well, and now I'm scared if I were to have cancer, it has spread.
When someone mentions axillary nodes related to breast cancer, what kind of feeling are they describing that would happen?

The dimpling you mention is not of the nipple itself but of the breast tissue itself. The breast would have the appearance of the peeling of an orange. If you continue to have concerns I suggest that you make an appointment with a Breast Specialist but honestly I see no reason for any concern after reading your variety of symptoms.  Regards .....

sorry, forgot to include:  nipple dimpling is a symptom of breast cancer. im curious, is it a symptoms thats 'always' there, or does it just come and go. because ive had it a couple of times, but im not sure if that had anything to do with just a regular shrivel or what

Thank you for your reply. I've also noticed when reading some symptoms, that a couple times in the past I have had dimpling in my right nipple. It seemed as if it were severely shriveled, while my left nipple was perfectly normal. I can't get this off my mind! I messaged my family doctor and he isn't concerned, and also thinks it's due to my Gynecomastia. But I also didn't mention the nipple dimpling, so I don't know if maybe that would change anything him knowing that or not

You are welcome.
The color of the nipple discharge isn’t helpful in determining whether the discharge is normal or abnormal.I really doubt that your  symptoms are serious,  but please understand that it’s difficult to diagnose your breast issue over the Internet .You need to see your doctor for a clinical breast exam and depending upon the medical evaluation,he/she will decide whether you need medication or some type of testing to determine if the discharge is normal or abnormal, okay?
Take care now....

Thanks for your answers. I understand, but still, only one breast is affected (in my case, it's my right breast), and when I squeeze it, a little bit of whitish greyish stuff comes out.

Hi,
Male breast cancer is very rare, especially at your age.It can occur of course but usually in much older men.
A women can normally have some type of nipple discharge, but  for men, nipple discharge can indicate a problem.Gynecomastia could cause breast  enlargement, nipple puffiness and discharge of almost any color and consistency, when they are stimulated.I would advise you to leave your nipples alone and see if the discharge appears spontaneously. If it does and especially if it is bloody, the best way to find out if this is a concern is to consult your doctor for evaluation.Medication could also cause Gynecomastia,so when you see your doctor let him/her know about all type of drugs you are taking.
Take care...
