Hey there! I've been in your exact situation! It can be hard trying to lose weight when people don't believe you can but you can do it. Start by trying to lower the sugar but not all at once so you don't binge and give it up instantly. Eat a big healthy breakfast like eggs or oatmeal and fruit! Try to eat within the first hour of waking. Have a medium lunch and a slightly smaller dinner! Make sure to have snacks inbetween those meals! Don't put to much pressure on yourself to be the best or compare yourself to others! If your using a scale I would suggest to keep off it and use pictures because sometimes the scale won't show it but before and after pictures really show it! Fruit is always an option for snacks, the sugar in fruit doesn't matter because it's still amazingly healthy and yummy! And if you want to have a desert that's okay too as long as you're not eating sugar all day! Having a small desert can help ease those cravings and won't effect your eating healthy really! Remember the health of your mind is more important than anything! Try working in some exercise, whatever works for you! Personally I like yoga and it was what got me on the track of being healthy. If you're working out don't forget to have rest days! It may seem like working out everyday will help but having rest days gives your body a moment to rest and your mind. Drink plenty of water and get on a healthy sleep schedule as sleeping is super important for losing weight , being healthy, and your mind! Please don't be to hard on yourself, kids are mean so remember you don't have to live up to the expectations of other people or society's expectations! There is no other you and you are all you have so be nice to yourself and know just how amazing you are no matter what weight you are!
