Once again Congratulation needadvicewithhelp! Let the party start.
Since when did u have hbv?? Not from birth probably?
No wonder that you fought it. Us- being infected since birth don't have chances to clear it like u.
Congratulations
congratulations ! great news ! :)
Thankyou very much.
I do hope get some luck and clear it
Thanks its the best christmas present ive ever had :)
So nice to hear good news, (is this the new trial about TAF?, Congrats
Hi Mer971 thanks yes im on the same trial as luckyman. But im in the UK and HBSAG Quantitive is done which as patients we are entitled to via the nhs.
Im so so happy :)
Congrats! Very good news! Happy for your success!
Great news! Congrats and glad to see some cured of this nasty disease! :) Was it ever clear to you whether you were on TAF or TDF? At this moment, I do not know mine but I do know I'll be switched to TAF permanently for a year on the trial in March. The 600 million DNA suggests to me that this was an acute infection that was treated as a chronic one. So your body took longer to clear this then it should have and with the help of meds (I wonder if the meds slowed down any healing.. hmm). Either way, I am happy to see this!!!
Thanks.
Well I believe at first that was the casr due the gp that broke to me was ignorant and didnt know what igm was. As it was still positive at first then the igm went negative. I suspevt
Oops pressed post early lol
I suspect i was on TAF.
The meds certainly did not slow down from the first pill I took I felt a surge of energy. The log reductions were rapid as soon as I took treatmemt. I tried alot of things prior with no luck from herbs go electrical therapy to doing nothing. None of it seemed to work but as soon as I was on NUC it was simply a game changer :) :) :)
needadvicewithelp: do you still take nucs until developing antibodies or docs cut it just after serconversion ?
How much d3 did you took daily but in IU not ml ?
Hi yes im still on the NUCS until antibodies turn up i'll be discussing it with them the doctors on the 29th December so i'll post an update about it then.
In regards to Vit D You see I measured it in ML because thats the tincture measure as I do it liquid form not tablets.
When I get home this evening i'll take a look at the bottle and see if I can translate it over from ML to Iu
Also in regards to food I avoided gluten and would eat at least 60% organic
I got tested and I wasnt intollerant but just to see i cut it out
and i was feeling better for it so it seemed logical to avoid its not very difficult to avoid. Gluten free bread is a bit to crumbly lol
i am getting a lot of groups on facebook on no gluten diet and it improves immune function and autoimmune conditions very much, i think we should try that too..no gluten, no sugar, no carbo, no refined/processed foods and see how it improves
it is also good for blood cho, sugar and lose weight
That's great news if you were indeed on TAF. As I said, I suspect I'm on TDF so I am excited for the chance of TAF for a year coming up soon. I didn't see it in your results, but what was your Genotype?
That's a good point. Definitely would not have qualified for the trial if it was acute. I completely missed this and forgot about it!
