Brain right middle cerebral artery aneurysm 1.8mm by 4mm no repture or bleeding

By accident i did ct scan sontrast with iv because i was complaining about numb in hand and leg and face  and doctor told me that it is small and just need moniter.

I would like community help here

Shall i stay and monitor and risk getting reptured or shall and ignore all side effect of surgey and get it done either coil or clip


Please help me to norrow down my decision

And if surgery what is the advice which one should i pick. Though it is small  still dont want to live with these risk

I am worried and also he mention if it was in cave i dont need to do surgery  
And he advice me incase of surgery i need to do flow diverter

Please can you tell me what is the bedt successful procedure clip or coiling or flow diverter

I dont have any disease only hashimoto
Am healthy young man age of 34
