Can’t figure out what’s wrong doctor says it’s acid reflux?

The last week everything has tasted bitter to the point we’re I cant eat I went to the doctor and they said it’s from acid reflux. I did blood work and it was fine but I feel so tierd and of balance and nauseas. I feel a burning from the middle of my chest to the back of my throat and nostrils. I have been to the dr twice and they did a strep test and it was negative they checked my sinuses and they were fine as well but I just can’t seem to shake this. I still have the burning in the throat nose and chest as well as feeling weak and tierd and nausea as will as everything tasting so bitter. Has anyone had these symptoms before and if so what they do to stop it please help!

I would go to gastrologist and have an endoscopy done. Whatever it is its probably your digestive system,  Go to GNC get a good probiotic. I hope you feel better soon

that is most likely acid reflux. Sometimes I feel like I'm dying but I have a hiatal hernia that causes mine. My anxiety about my health makes it worse. Try natural remedies such as green leafy veggies, slippery elm, or apple cider vinegar, also yogurt is soothing and helps with digestion. Avoid coffee. And cantelope or bananas are great fruits to eat. Also exercising and meditations help with the anxiety. Hope you feel better.
