Body feeling sore for no apparent reason?

My shoulders, ribs and fingers have all gotten chronicaly sore over the past year. So I had a blood test done to see if I was low in vitamin D or something else like that, but everything returned normal. So what is making me get easily sore all over.

Hello~I know this was posted in December, I hope you are doing better. I would suggest seeing a chiropractor for these issues, you may have some pinched nerves causing the trouble. The chiropractor will take some x-rays, study them and then go over the results with you, after a few treatments you should start to feel better. Also, a good therapeutic massage or acupuncture can sometimes help.

What about tension?  Also, our posture can lead to discomfort in this region.  Frozen shoulder?  Do you do any exercise at all?
