COPD?

I am a 35 year old female. I am overweight. I have had a cough and congestion for the last three months. For the last week or two I am starting to experience brain fog. I am forgetting peoples last names that I’ve known for years. The cough comes and goes. But it never fully goes away and sometimes it’s so hard that I’ll pee on myself. I went to the ER yesterday… They did a chest x-ray – no pneumonia. They took two swabs in my nose – no Covid.  I’m scared to death of COPD… Is this something that I need to be worried about? I have a spirometer and blow anywhere from 1500 to 3000 mL.
