What would this ECG mean? It's always the same.

Hi! I have frequent (3 or 6 months apart) ECGs, because I have Neurocardiogenic Syncope. My doctor is a heart doctor who also specializes in Dysautonomia, so I see him for it. It's standard to get an ECG of every patient who comes in to his clinic.

Each appointment, my ECG has the same results:

Normal sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia
Nonspecific T wave abnormality
Abnormal ECG
When compared with (previous ECG),
No significant change was found

I'm not exactly worried, and he hasn't brought it up, but I'm just wondering... what does this mean? What's up with my T Waves? I can't see the ECG itself, just the reading of it. It's been the same for 5/6 ECGs over the course of a couple of years.

Make sure you are having enough magnesium(absorbable) and Potassium
