Lower Back Pain
I think I either pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve but very painful. Not sure whether to call
a chiropractor or orthopedic doctor? This has been going on for about two weeks now. Ibuprofen
helps a little. What would you do?

It went away after 3+ weeks of heating pad and gentle stretches.
I pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve in my lower back. Anti-inflammatories help but it's going
on two weeks now and I'm not sure whether to call a chiropractor or orthopedic surgeon. Many
years ago, I remember a similiar situation and a chiropractor did some manipulations and cured
what was causing the pain. Now I look at chiropractors and they are advertising lasers and spinal decompression along with manipulations. I would think an xray would be the first thing needed?
