joint pain

The following symptoms are present:
1. Pain and stiffness in the joints of the fingers of both hands upon waking up at night.
2. Tolerable pain in the clavicle, scapula, and acromioclavicular joints during normal activities.
3. Occasional pain in both legs when sitting for a while.
Please help me analyze the possible causes or what disease it might be. Thank you!
