I ate 2mo old yogurt! I'm 7 weeks pregnant! Help
I just bought yogurt from the store yesterday and I assumed it would be good but apparently upon opening it this morning and taking a sip I noticed it tasted weird. Then I looked at the expiration date it said use by October 2023! I ate 2mo old yogurt! I am 7 weeks pregnant! I'm I gonna get food poisoning or listeria? I'm so scared. It was refrigerated at the store and unopened. I'm freaking out.
How long ago did you eat it? If you were going to get sick, it would likely be within a few hours. Don't panic - just because something is expired or a little bit off doesn't mean it's going to make you sick, especially if you only took a bite. If you start feeling ill, though, go to the ER immediately.

If you aren't ill by now, you should just put this behind you.
