Any HIV or STD possibility in my case?

Hi, Doctor

I used condom but before the intercourse I did fingering to that lady , when I pull out my finger after 30 sec later I wear condom by my same head where I am suspecting that my finger can be touched my penis head my penis was little wet and finger also moisture .....I was not involved in oral sex expect soft lip kiss only .....can I get HIV or STD ?

No, there is no risk from fingering or fingering and then touching your penis.

The only way STIs are transmitted are by oral, vaginal and anal sex, and sometimes, unclothed, heavy genital rubbing.
