34 yr old male exp. PVC’s and SVT with Mild LVH/RBB

Wondering if it is safe to experience a lot of PVC’s and even SVT with mild LVH? I have been diagnosed with right bundle branch block and svt on my last ekg which was abnormal. I workout about 3 days a week in decent shape physically but these scare me when they come on. I can feel them coming on because I’ll get muscle twitches in different parts of my body followed by the onset of these PVC’s. I can go a month with not noticing any but when they come on it’s like a full day of them off and on, some intense some light. No pain but I do get short of breath when I get several in a row or a big one. Recently had a cardiac mri with contrast that came back showing I had a structurally normal heart. But my echo a year ago showed mild LVH. Just wanting to know if this is a sign of bigger problems or if these are safe SVT, PAC’s with a right bundle branch block and mild LVH? When working out I don’t notice or rarely get a pvc it seems but I usually take it easy when I get the onset of them like I do now as they are scary. I also have a low hr when resting can dip mid 40’s/50’s I don’t have any fainting or dizziness but I’ve always had a lower resting hr too. Pls help or give advice if you can I’m not sure if the muscle twitching with the skipped beats is telling me my electrical system with the heart is off or what? Anyone else experience this? Seems like this happens every so often afraid it will be permanent one of these times. Pls help with any advice or similar experience.

LVH usually happens as a result of  heart problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart valve problems like stenosis or regurgitation, arrhythmias, enlargement of the aorta.  Risk factors for RBBB include advanced age, underlying heart disease, high blood pressure, underlying lung conditions, electrolyte imbalances.

Electrolyte imbalances are a possibility as you haven’t mentioned high blood pressure, diabetes or have other structural heart issues or lung issues and it’s a common cause of arrhythmias (a listed risk factor for LVH) and a risk factor for RBBB. You might find an electrolyte drink resolves your symptoms.

Thank you sir i have tried this and seems to not completely get rid of my symptoms several hours after. Seems like I get these episodes for about 1-2 weeks every 6 months or so. Very strange. My last cardiac mri showed a normal heart structure
