Good for you! It's amazing how many doctors don't take us seriously (I think most of us on here have been labeled hypochondriacs or just plan crazy at least once). If we could only make them feel what we are feeling they'd get moving right away!
Keep us posted!!

Thanks for your input. I have an appointment with him on Friday and I am going to demand further testing I'm not accepting it just GAD I am not an anxious person I am always very clam and level headed and these episodes seem to have not rime or reason. If he doesn't listen them I WILL find another doctor immediately!!
It could be - the feeling of always being cold could be a tip off. When they run your thyroid labs make sure they check your antibodies and use the new TSH range of .3 - 3.0 (instead of the old range which had 5.0 at the high end).
It could also be many other things like nerve damage, Crohn's, or a variety of issues. You need a good doctor who won't give up until there is a diagnosis. Complete blood work and a possible MRI of your head and neck would also be indicated (for the headaches and lightheartedness).
If your doctor isn't willing to continue on with testing, get a different doctor (perhaps internal medicine specialist). Most of us here have fired a doctor or two - it's quite liberating. :-)
Best to you!
