Anybody feeling yucky??

For the last week I have been feeling really nauseas about once a day.  During that time if I try to get up and move around I feel light headed, see spots, feel week and have to sit down.  Well, Friday I kind of fainted for like a second - luckily I was already on my way dwon to sit in a chair and I didn't fall.  Saturday I felt this way about three times (didn't faint - just felt like it) and again yesterday (Sunday) but more like six times (again didn't faint - just felt like it).  Then, last night when I laid down to sleep the nausea came back full force and didn't subside until about 3:00AM.  Then at 5:30 AM I woke up again feeling yucky again.  I know they say nausea can come back in the third trimester, but I'm kinda worried about all of the light headed, feeling weak stuff.  I made it to work this morning - on my wonderful two hours of sleep (ha!) - and within a couple of hours felt nauseas.  Luckily I tried to stay seated so I wouldn't have to deal with the other feelings and that seemed to work.  It subsided after an hour.  I have a Dr appt tomorrow, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has been feeling this way?  The nausea doesn't concern me so much as the fact that its combined with the "i'm gonna pass out" feeling.

I've been nauseous the last few weeks and have been dry heaving and also vomiting at times, and what's great is I have woken up in the middle of the night to vomit!! My sister was also the same in her last pregnancy. Make sure that you're drinking enough water, you need more at this stage because your body has 50% more blood volume in comparison to pre-pregnancy. Perhaps you have anaemia if you're feeling faint alot. Not long to go now :-)

I had a similar feeling last week, and I called my dr.  Luckily, I had an appointment the next day.  He gave me a hard time about making sure that I was walking/ exercizing, but I told him that was not a problem.  I was also having tingling sensations in my arms.  He did some blood work, and it turns out that I was VERY low on calcium and a little low on protein.  I have been more cautious about it this past week, and I have been feeling better.  You may want to ask your dr to do some blood work just to make sure everything is okay.  I hope this helps.
