severe sleep problem

I am 37, almost 38 now and ever since i was about 14 I've had a severe problem with sleeping correct hours.  Back when I was a kid, during the summer I'd get lured into a 7am-3pm sleep pattern,  and as a young adult I'd be constantly losing jobs due to this erratic sleeping.  Now, as I have my own home based business with no schedule, it really seems out of control.  I am constantly staying up slightly later with each day, may an hour or 2 or 3,  then finally i "skip a day" if that makes sense..   What impact will this have on one's health?

As long as you are sleeping, it won't affect you health. A sleep clinic can help you develop a more consistent sleep rhythm.
