Lori and I are trying to lose weight together. We are going to work out every day and eat a min three meals a day. We are both starting at 229 today.

I ate 2 slice of whoe wheat bread for breakfast with honey, a small bag of skittles, and a protein shake. Lunch: Cheese stick. protein shake, V8 and almonds.
Wow. I really fell off the diet wagon. Back to work. New goal for March 31, 2009 is 210 pounds. This may be a final goal weight. We will see.
