You really keep your fat low! That is great- I have been trying to stick to the following: 1450 calories (or less); 65g Fat (or less); 75-100 Carbs; and 85g Protein (or more)... but maybe I need to reduce the fat?! do you think 65g is too high? I am not being obsessive about stuff, just trying to keep a goal in mind during the day....
where do you get those cheeses at- regular grocery store? you don't do oil, just vinegar- I should try that too....... this food log thing makes me not want to eat.... everything has SO many calories in it!!! :) you do a great job- your weight loss is coming along well too! I am going to have to start to copy your meals the following day! :)
