today is my first day attempting alcohol free byt I took a 1/2 of xanax. I don't do pills. Did I make a mistake?

Good for you I am uncertain of an answer so you may want to put your question into the Doctor Forum, but what a good thing to go all day with such a challenge, I hope you will keep in touch on how it goes,there is a Forum on Medhelp for you to get further feedback, check it out.it doesnt sound like a half a Xanax will hurt you but check it out .
