My personal trainer at the gym is in shock this morning,he decided to do a strength test with me,on a leg press machine I was able to lift 400kg,We started at 240kg then went up in 20kg increments doing 8 reps at each,when I got to 380kg I did 4 reps and at 400kg I did 3 reps,he was so stunned he has taken photos of me lifting the weights.
In imperial weights it is Started at 528lbs then went up in 44lbs increments doing 8 reps at each weight,when I reached 836lbs I did 4 reps and finished at 880lbs doing 3 reps
